Payment Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the payment policies for digital creative services provided by Channel Craft Media. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Refund Policy
All purchases and payments made to Channel Craft Media are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is processed, resources are allocated and work commences immediately; therefore, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including project cancellation by the client.
2. Scope of Service & Payment
Payments must be made in full as per the agreed package or invoice before work begins. Any changes to the project scope after payment may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to pause production if payment schedules are not met.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a project at any time; however, as stated in Section 1, no refunds will be issued for work already paid for. Channel Craft Media reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates professional conduct standards or fails to provide necessary project assets within 30 days of payment.
4. Liability & Ownership
Upon final delivery and full payment, ownership of the creative assets is transferred to the client. Channel Craft Media is not liable for any loss of revenue, platform penalties (e.g., YouTube strikes), or legal issues arising from the content produced at the client's direction.
Subscription-Based Service
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated, regardless of whether the client submits content or utilises the full scope of services during the subscription period.
If production is delayed, paused, or unable to proceed due to circumstances on the client’s side, including delayed content submission, failure to provide required materials, delayed approvals, lack of feedback, or other client-related delays, the subscription will remain active and the applicable fees will not be refunded, credited, or carried forward.
